The Customer Service Guides represent the friendly, affable faces of JUTC and are located at the HWTTC.They assist the commuters generally on matters pertaining to routes, tickets and schedules. They also provide special assistance to disabled commuters using the facilities.

We operate a Cutomer Service toll-free line 1-888-588-2287 where commuters can call this number from 6am-9pm on matters regarding the JUTC.
Lost and Found
Passengers who have lost their Smart Card or their
personal belongings while riding the bus can call the
dispatch department at the respective depot using the
telephone numbers listed between the hours of 8 am and
4:30 pm to confirm if the item has been turned in.
Report the lost item and the route number of the bus
you were traveling when the item was lost. Items can
be identified and picked up at the depots. Purses, wallets
and medications that are found are always given special
consideration for quick return to the owner. All other
found items, if found, can be picked up the next day
after 11 am.

we've found your lost item.
The JUTC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
However, when possible, lost and found items are kept
for up to 30 days. Perishable items such as food or
beverages will be disposed of.
