Question: How do I report an accident or inappropriate crew behaviour?
Answer: To report an accident call our complaints department at 1 – 888 – JUTCBUS, which is 1 – 888 – 588 – 2287. Report the relevant information to the JUTC personnel that answers your call.
   
Question: How do I report a lost, stolen or bad JUTC Smart Card?
Answer:

In the event that a Smart Card lost or stolen simply call 1 – 888 – 991 – 6684 and ask to speak with a Smart Card representative. The personnel will ask you for the following information:

1. Was the card lost or stolen?
2. When was the card discovered missing?
3. Who is owner of the card?
4. What is the printed serial number on the card?
5. Where did you purchase the card?
6. In the event you will need to be issued a replacement card, where is the most convenient location to
have this card picked up?
